Refund policy

At ZM Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, transparent, and seamless shopping experience for every customer. Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics & personal care), the following return and refund policy applies to all orders.


1. Return Policy

❌ Non-Returnable Products To protect the health and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns on cosmetic or personal care products that have been opened or used, regardless of the reason.

✅ Returnable Products Returns are accepted exclusively in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Product does not match its description on the website

Please Note: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original unopened packaging.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Requests submitted beyond this window will unfortunately not be eligible for return.

3. How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Reach out to us via email or customer support.
  2. Provide your order number along with clear photos illustrating the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond with a decision within 1–3 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, you will receive one of the following:

  • ✅ A full refund to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.)
  • Store credit of equal value, redeemable on future orders (based on your preference)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item.


5. Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the error is on our end (wrong or damaged item) we cover all shipping and return costs.
  • If the return is for personal reasons unrelated to product quality we are unable to accept the return.
