Shipping policy

We are dedicated to shipping your orders safely and promptly within the United Arab Emirates and internationally (upon request).

1. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order processing within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery within the UAE: 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery to GCC countries (upon request): 5–10 business days.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping within the UAE on orders above AED 200.
  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.
  • You can track your order via the "Track My Order" page or through the shipping carrier's link.

4. Delivery Issues

  • If you have not received your order or are experiencing an issue, please contact us within 48 hours.
  • If an incorrect address is entered by the customer, we are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries.
