  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable local taxes.
  • Full payment is required before your order is shipped.
  • We accept secure payment methods including: credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery (where available).

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic products unless they are damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to submit a complaint supported by photos.
